Terms & Conditions

Required information for online booking:

• Name, phone #, email address, valid credit card

Credit Card information:

• The credit card will not be charged at the time of booking.

• Your credit card information is stored in our secure Moneris Vault.

• A charge may be applied for no-shows in the amount equal to 50% of the reservation value.

• If your group size changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

Privacy:

• Your personal information, including name, address, telephone, email, and credit card information, is protected within a safety-assured booking site. Under no circumstances does the golf course sell, trade or share your private information with third parties.

Booking Confirmation:

• You will receive an email confirmation with your booking. If you do not receive one, please call the pro shop to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• Anytime up to 12 hours before your tee time, you may cancel or modify your tee time with absolutely no penalty or fee.

• Cancellations within 12 hours of the tee time, or no-shows, may be subject to a charge.

• You can cancel either through your online booking reservation or by calling the Pro Shop at 780 467-4653.
